| Focusing Your Efforts and Leveraging Your Interactions to Build and Sustain EH&S

This interactive and engaging workshop will explore the following two questions:
• Are you working on the right things to advance the EH&S culture you want?
• Are you effectively leveraging your interactions with others to achieve the results you want?
In the first half of the workshop attendees will learn and apply a model for getting aligned and focused on the "right" actions that will build and sustain their organization's safety culture. The second half of the workshop will focus on enhancing and sharpening communication skills for interacting with and influencing others. At the end of the day participants will walk away with several new models and tools that can be put to immediate use in building and sustaining their organization's EH&S efforts.
